REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Student Registration Grade 1-6
Please print and fill out the registration form. We will need to see originals of the following pieces of identification; child’s birth certificate, care card, status card (if applicable) and any court documents (if applicable). We can make copies at the office.
Please print off any other pertinent information ie; medical form, photo consent etc.

Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten Registration opens on April 2, 2024. Registration packages will be available at the school. Please bring the following information with you; child’s birth certificate, care card, status card (if applicable) and any court documents (if applicable)
